One Final Note: When you talk to Sulgar in Everfrost and are required to use the keywords "Tarton's Wheel", type: Tarton s Wheel
Leave a space instead of the apostrophe. This is due to some dialogue bug with Sulgar, but has stumped many a Wizard nearing the completion of this quest.
BTW, if you're worried about having to turn the Staff (and Star of Eyes) in later to receive the Ice Comet runes… don'tJThe Runes also drop from many high level mobs and can be easily purchased from lvl 50+ players. I picked up a set in Oasis for 10ppJ
