Dena - Dagnor's Cauldron
This one is easy to get, if a little difficult to find at first, due to the darkness at the bottom of the Cauldron.
If you don't know where the entrance to Kedge Keep is, here's an easy way to find it. Go to the entrance to Unrest, face the island in the Lake, and swim straight out and down. I recommend Enduring Breath just so you don't have to worry about running out of air while you look around.
When you find the doorway to Kedge, turn your back to it and swim to /loc -890, -740. You will soon see the rod.
