  Guide to Najena
First just let me say this dungeon is for groups of full 15 to 25. Smaller groups should raise the level by a factor of one per each member less that a full group. Even then a solo 31 is gonna get hurt in the higher level rooms. The normal mobs here are Ogre guards and Large/Greater skeletons. Tentacle Terrors and Elementals of all types also spawn in areas. Most of these mobs are 17 to 19th level. Although the Terrors were sometimes blue to me at 28.
I have devided the map into section. I will provide information on each of these sections by number. The numbering scheme is random so bare with me.
1. The is the entrance to Najenas lair. The is an underwater passge here. Be warned their is an Frogloc Ghoul guarding the tunnel.
2. This is the door to Drelzna. You'll need the Bloodstained key to get in. The other doors are not locked. Only hers. Also a wander Ogre Guard and even a Tentacle terror wanders this area so be careful.
3. 2 Tetacle Terrors and a greater skeleton hang out here. This is the official entrance to Najena main area. Until now I guess your in the foyer. Also an Ogre Guard wanders through.
4. This room and the next are guarded by at least 4 elemental. Usually Mist and Earth but the are Fire elementals too. One Ogre guard spawns here and usually just stands by. Another Ogre guard may wander through.
5. 2 Tentacle terrors spawn here as well. No big deal we shouldn't even walk in here.
6. 2 Large Skeletons and an Ogre Guard hang here. The are just sitting roasting marshmellows on their cozy fire.
7. 2 Large skeletons hand here as well as in the hall beyond. Not usually a big deal but lower levels will find then playful.
8. 2 Ogre guards wait here for intruders. Ofcourse with invisibilty they are easily bypassed or just plain killed if required.
9. The entrance to Najenas habitat. A secong Frogloc ghoul will hang out here. These guys have no fear.
10. A real fun spot. 2 cells house prisoners. One is a tentacle terror. (I guess he wasn't frisky enough so they put him away.) The other holds an Little bastard of an Injured Halfling and a High Elf Princess with her pet. The halfling is insane....DON"T GO NEAR HIM! He will attack and force you to kill him causing some bad faction hits. Lastly a named Ogre guards is posted here. His name is Moosh and he is a real pain. (BTW he is in love with Volga...hehe.)
11. This is the foyer room to Rathyl area. There are 4 magicians with elemental pets in here. Not pretty. You will need the Shiny Silver key for this room. Don't let the magicians run. If they do a Dry bone or Bark Bone skelie will show up and he won't be happy. (Don't pay any attention to his laugh he is actually quite sad)
12. 2 Ogre guards and an Ogre officer hold up here. Aviod this room if you can go around it to get to the Captain.
13. Ogre Captains room. He has 2 Ogre officers with him and none of them will be glad to see you. These guys also have a "A Visiting Priestess" in there with them. She will heal them so watch out. 3 26 plus and 1 34 levels group members were wasted in this room so it aint a cake walk.

Now for the Bigguns....

Rathyl: He is a little Dark Elf Necro and he will have a pet. He's actually pretty easy but he has a secret. As soon as he dies he respawns as a Reincarnated Rathyl. Alot tougher the second time around. He has a place holder who is a female Mage.
Drelzna: A female Dark Elf Necro with a pet. She will 2 other Necros with pets with her. They aren't too hard as long as you got enough members and someone to heal.  Drelzna has a Necro place holder. The spawn in this room is about 18 to 20 min. Just be ready for unexpected company from outside the door. When we tried to take the room the first time a Tentacle Terror decided to join in the festivities. 3 corpses to go please! One more thing about this room. remember Moosh from downstairs? Well he will since you through the floor and begin to attack. Just target him and kill him from through the floor. He will sometimes actually come into the room but not always. Lastly there is a Undead Knight in here. He is NOT agressive so don't attack him. He will leave you in peace so do the same for him.
Najena: This was a fun one to figure oput and we still aren't certain. Najena is a 27 level or so magicians with 2 lower level mages with her. All of them will have pets. It can definitely get viscious. One problem. Najena isn't always there just like the other rooms with named mobs they have a place holder. Hers is an elemental. She and her friends spawn about every 14 minutes. we went 2 hours withoput a single spawn once...BOOOOOORING.

Just a few tips....

Attack everything as soon as it spawns. Don't give the necros and mages tiome to buff or spawn pets. Life will be ALOT easier that way.
Be patient. The spawns are long so don't get impatient and start wandering. You will get mobbed and it won't be pretty.
Pay attention to the location of the Pit Traps on the map. You will get trapped in a cell and it will take a min to get to you. The cell with the princess has a hole in the bars. Half Elf and smaller can fit through. The Tentacle Terror pit requires a key that I don't think I have.
Spread keys out. Each named mob drops a key to their on room. Spread them out as you get them. Drelzna'a and Najena's keys are no rent. They will disaapear if you log or get booted. Bad. Get everyone a key ASAP.
Good hunting.
